My career search story

As a senior in college, I realized I was on the wrong path.  At that time, it wasn't clear what I might actually do instead, but I knew I needed to make a change.  My early twenties were spent working at jobs that were not a good fit, feeling unhappy and unfulfilled.  One day I had a realization that God had given me a set of skills, interests and talents, and that it was my responsibility to find a career that allowed me to use them. What a revelation! I spent a few months reflecting, reading, exploring and talking to others before all the pieces of the puzzle came together. My calling was and has always been to educate and coach individuals and groups to identify and maximize their talents. What a tremendous gift! That kind of clarity is waiting for you too.
