In addition to the report, you will also get 3 one on one coaching sessions to discuss goals and develop an action plan.
Young Leader Maintenance Package
Once you've completed the Accelerator, it's important to keep your career running smoothly.
This package to be used over one year will give you a quarterly check-in and progress discussions. These sessions can be used to discuss any topic that arises over the course of the year but may include promotion, compensation, management style, etc.
Young Leader Education Package
Most leaders advance their careers through additional education. But when is the best time, what would you study, where would you go, how do you ensure you get into the program you want? This is a BIG decision in terms of both time and money, make sure you get it right.
This package gives you the choice of the majors that would be the best fit for you based on the Strong Interest Inventory, or your unique strengths using the Full 34 Clifton Strengthsfinder report. Jen will share her advice from making hundreds of admissions decisions at highly-competitive graduate programs to ensure that you are a successful candidate.
